arrangements: Fast Generators and Iterators for Permutations, Combinations, Integer Partitions and Compositions

Fast generators and iterators for permutations, combinations, integer partitions and compositions. The arrangements are in lexicographical order and generated iteratively in a memory efficient manner. It has been demonstrated that 'arrangements' outperforms most existing packages of similar kind.
